Chairman of the board

Paul Rosen is a noted career entrepreneur, management consultant and public speaker. Over the last 8 years Paul has become one of the most active entrepreneurs, advisors and investors in the emerging global cannabis industry. Paul Rosen was a co-founder of PharmaCan Capital Corp. (NASDAQ: CRON; TSX: CRON) and served as its first President and CEO. Paul has held board positions with a number of publicly-traded cannabis companies and currently serves as the Executive Chairman of Global Go, a consultancy focused on the global regulated cannabis industry.

Paul has enjoyed a distinguished speaking and media career. He has appeared on/in Bloomberg, CNN, CNBC, Fox Business, BBC Business, Nasdaq TV, Yahoo Finance, The Economist, The Street, Barrons, National Public Radio and Cheddar TV. Paul is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada and received a B.A. in Economics from Western University in 1985 and an LL.B. from the University of Toronto in 1988.

Mr. Farrell is an Alberta-based Chartered Accountant and partner with a public accountancy firm. He brings over 35 years of expertise in the areas of taxation, accounting, and public company management. As former Chief Financial Officer to a development company and to three TSX Venture Exchange-listed corporations, Mr. Farrell brings extensive experience in the public capital markets. He has also served as a director for Prize Mining Corporation, Mexican Silver Mines Ltd., Mindoro Resources Ltd., and Sonoro Energy Ltd., and sits on the board of several charitable organizations.

Curtis Floyd

Director

Mr. Curtis Floyd is a seasoned businessman and attorney, with public company board expertise in the cannabis industry. Mr. Floyd served on the Board of Directors of California-based cannabis producer Next Green Wave, which was acquired in March 2022 by Planet 13. Mr. Floyd has extensive experience in business, entrepreneurship, governance, banking, risk management and leadership, having founded or invested in privately held businesses in the solar, digital marketing, funeral, educational and food services, farming, and construction industries. Mr. Floyd is a founding member of the Board of Directors of Mission Bank, a publicly traded community bank. Mr. Floyd served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Community Action Partnership of Kern.

Ms. Vigil is a veteran of the cannabis industry, where she has excelled at building winning brands in Nevada. As President, she manages the operations of the Company's subsidiaries, Alternative Medicine Association, and Infused Manufacturing. Ms. Ester previously held the role of Director of Sales, overseeing the Company’s sales initiatives, product development, partnerships and brand development. Ms. Vigil is a skilled marketer, bringing more than 20 years’ experience in consumer-packaged goods in the beauty industry. Joining the ranks of female leaders in the cannabis sector, Ms. Vigil has been recognized for having made significant contributions to the industry.

Ms. McGrath is the Founder of iO Corporate Services Ltd., and over the last 18 years has served as Corporate Secretary for a number of publicly-listed companies in both the US and Canada. Ms. McGrath oversees all corporate filings for 1933 Industries and liaises with securities regulators.

Ms. Helgason is a Marketing, Corporate Communications and Investor Relations professional with over 26 years’ experience in corporate environments, working in a variety of business sectors. She has extensive expertise in managing marketing and communications strategies, investor relations and media programs for TSX Venture, CSE and OTC traded issuers. Ms. Helgason leads the Company’s Marketing and PR efforts as well as the Company’s IR program.
